SHIPPING
When you order matching clothes for your family from matcheez.com, you pay a flat shipping and handling rate of $8.00 for all orders shipped to the Continental United States. Most items arrive within 14 days. For your convenience, we provide approximate arrival dates on the opening page of our online catalog. Holiday items may not be stocked year-round. Please allow an additional 7 days for these items. Personalized items and custom screen printing orders may also require additional processing time. We will notify you by email should any items be backordered. All arrival dates are approximate and are not guaranteed. Please allow sufficient delivery time during peak holiday shipping periods. Our current preferred method of shipment is U.S. Priority Mail with Deivery Confirmation. Carrier and method of shipping may change at any time. Multiple item purchases may be shipped separately at our discretion. International shipping charges start at $25.00 (USD) and details will vary depending upon the destination country. Shipping options are available upon request. Customer is responsible for payment of all customs/duty fees upon receipt.

RETURNS
We are happy to offer an in-store credit for all returns. Clothing must be returned in new, unworn condition. Clothing which is no longer in sellable condition (including clothing with food stains, cigarette smoke odors, or rips and tears) will not be accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please send returns to: MATCHEEZ DOT COM LLC, ATTN RETURNS DEPT, PO BOX 41, AMERICAN FORK UT 84003-0041. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery. Personalized items and custom orders may not be returned. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred as a result of a return.

PRICING
All prices are subject to change without notice. Individually posted prices do not include any applicable sales tax.

SALES TAX
We are required to collect sales tax for all orders shipped to Utah.

COLOR VARIATION
We attempt to display accurate color photos for the matching clothing items that we sell. However, because monitors vary from computer to computer, the color choices shown are only representations of the actual clothing colors and may differ slightly from the matching outfits received. Slight variations are inherent in hand crafted boutique items, pigment dyed shirts and denim outfits due to the unique washing, construction and dying processes used. This makes items unique and special for the person wearing them and is not considered a manufacturing defect nor a flaw. Dye lots and manufacturers may also vary from time to time. Colors from different clothing lines may not match even if the color name is identical. To ensure the closest possible dye match please order your matching items at the same time. Although we cannot guarantee exact matches, our staff does its best to ensure the closest possible match for any particular order.

At matcheez.com, we sell matching family clothing, twins and sibling styles, mother-daughter dresses, father and son outfits, couples shirts, co-ordinating doll clothes and more. We specialize in co-ordinating outfits ranging in sizes from infants' size 3 month through adults' size 6XL! Availability of merchandise on our website is subject to change or discontinuance at any time and without notice. A limited supply of discontinued merchandise may periodically be available. If you need an outfit that we no longer stock, please contact customer service for assistance.
